Shipping And Returns

Processing Times

We have a 3 to 5 day processing time due to making your products fresh every week as we only provide our customer with high quality hand crafted products. 

In saying this Patrick will personally email you if there are any changes.

SHIPPING

We use NZ Post Courier service for the majority of our deliveries. 

Shipping is charged based on order Weight:

  • Free shipping for all orders over $50 (Always)
  • Orders up to 100 Grams:
    • $3.00
  • Orders Between 101 - 350 grams:
    • $5.00

If your shipping address is rural, you must select the rural shipping option at checkout.  If you are unsure whether your shipping address is rural, please use the NZ Post Address Checker

SHIPPING FOR MERCH

Due to our merch range coming from Australia there will be a shipping charge.

Shipping may take 10 to 30 days to get to you but we will notify you on time frames and changes.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

The majority of our orders are dispatched in Kiwi Beardsman. branded packaging. 

If you are purchasing as a gift and do not want branded packaging, please let us know in the comments section at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.  To ensure sufficient time for delivery, please allow up to 5 business days from purchase to delivery.  If your shipping address is rural, the delivery will take longer.

Once your order has been packaged up you will receive tracking information via email.  Once the courier has collected your parcel, delivery is out of our hands. However, if your parcel is MIA, contact us and we will follow up with the courier company. If your parcel cannot be located, we will dispatch a replacement ASAP.  Don't worry - we won't leave you hanging!   

DISPATCH ERRORS

While we take care when packaging up orders, from time to time we get it wrong --- yep, we're human!

If you are on the receiving end of the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will sort you out!  

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind. Please be mindful of this when ordering.

We will refund or replace any items with manufacturing faults or that have been damaged in transit.  Please send us an email with a photo and description of the default to Patrick@Kiwibeardsman.com and note your order number.  Any damaged items must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order prior to your order being dispatched.  Please email us Patrick@Kiwibeardsman.com if you wish to cancel your order.
